Our story

Built from firsthand experience inside the crowdfunding ecosystem.

Founded by Mr. Ylli Pasho in November 2025, CrestCore Capital was born from years inside London's private equity and investor relations world — and the discovery of a structural communication gap nobody was solving.

Our story

Built from firsthand experience

The idea for CrestCore Capital came from direct experience working in investor relations within London's private equity sector. While contacting shareholders of a company that had gone into administration, a pattern emerged that would define the business.

Many of these shareholders were retail investors who had invested through Crowdcube and Seedrs. What was surprising wasn't their frustration about the administration — it was that investor after investor was shocked that someone was actually calling them at all. Since investing, they had received almost no communication. Several described it as a “bitter experience.”

It wasn't just one company. Investors who held shares in multiple crowdfunded businesses reported the same problem across nearly all of them — once the fundraising closed, communication stopped.

When the company's management was asked why, the answer was straightforward — the team was small and focused on scaling. Shareholder communication wasn't something they were unwilling to do. They simply didn't have the time or resource.

The problem was not a lack of intent, but a lack of capacity — and that is precisely the gap CrestCore was built to fill.

Yet the moment those calls were made, everything changed. Investors were grateful, open, and engaged. Within a short conversation it was possible to gather exactly the kind of information any board would want: how the investor felt, whether they would reinvest, what their concerns were. This was not complex or expensive work — it was simply structured communication that no one was providing.

CrestCore Capital Limited was incorporated in November 2025, is already trading, and is generating revenue. The demand first identified through those phone calls has been validated by paying clients.
